A Special Grand Jury is being selected to investigate whether former President Trump broke the law when pressuring election officials in an attempt to overturn the results of free and fair election.
The District Attorney has been investing the case for over a year. In recorded audio of a conversation with Geogia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Trump said "I only need 11,000 votes. Fellas, I need 11,000 votes. Give me a break."
The Special Grand Jury will be given the power of subpoena for documents, witness testimony, phone records, etc.
