A request made by trump's attorneys related to executive privilege has been rejected by President Biden.

White House Counsel Dana Remus rejected the request to block the Select Committee's access to documents stating: “President Biden has determined that an assertion of executive privilege is not in the best interests of the United States, and therefore is not justified as to any of the documents.”

The National Archives has been granted authority to release documents related to trump's actions as well as communication records on January 6th, which would include social media posts and phone records, etc.

The next move by trump is easily predictable: he'll file a lawsuit.
